Section 7
Stripe Connect and payout terms
To receive payouts as a creator, you must connect and maintain a valid Stripe account. By connecting Stripe, you agree to Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Services Agreement and the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
Stripe generally supports many lawful internet businesses, including common creator use cases such as memberships, digital goods, consulting, workshops, and education products. Actual support depends on your country, business model, risk profile, and Stripe's underwriting review.
Stripe also maintains prohibited and restricted business categories. Depending on jurisdiction and Stripe policy, those categories can include illegal goods or services, intellectual property infringement, deceptive practices, certain regulated financial activity, and other high-risk models. Some categories may require enhanced review or prior Stripe approval before payments can be processed.
You must review and comply with Stripe's current policy pages, including Stripe Restricted Businesses.
- Payout timing and availability are controlled by Stripe
- Stripe may delay, hold, reserve, or reverse funds for risk or compliance reasons
- Stripe may require additional KYC, business documents, licenses, or disclosures
- If Stripe restricts or terminates your account, Scriber may limit payment features or access
- Chargebacks, refunds, and related fees may be deducted from your balance
- You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and lawful use of payouts
Scriber does not guarantee payout timing, settlement windows, or uninterrupted Stripe services.
Section 8

Creators retain rights to the content they upload or sell through Scriber. By using the platform, you grant Scriber a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
