As a creator on Scriber, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes

5. Supporter Responsibilities

As a supporter on Scriber, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Not initiate fraudulent chargebacks
  • Respect creators and their content

6. Fees and Payments

Scriber charges a platform fee on transactions. Fees are clearly displayed before any transaction is completed. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (such as Stripe) and is subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain all rights to their content. By using Scriber, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not use Scriber to share or promote:

  • Illegal content or activities
  • Hate speech or harassment
  • Fraudulent schemes
  • Content that infringes on others' rights

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

Scriber is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Scriber after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
